We are currently looking for a General Liability Associate Attorney. This is a great opportunity for attorneys with litigation experience to broaden their skills and gain valuable experience with a fast-paced, international law firm.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas
- 5+ years’ experience with insurance defense litigation
- Experience with general liability, first party property, labor employment, premises liability, and product claims preferred
- Must have experience with motion practice and depositions
- Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Hybrid Work Model: Preferred (2-3 days in-office), but open to fully remote for the right candidates
- Open to out-of-state candidates admitted to the Texas bar, provided they are not too far for in-person presence when required for trials or depositions
- Billable Hour Requirement: 1,950
