Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004”, setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa. Leading the Operations for $100M business.
What You Will Do
The Operations Planning Manager provides planning administration including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, analysis, reporting, personnel planning, resource management and capacity planning. The position will report to the GM and will have 4 direct report planners. The key stakeholders for this position are GM, CFO, Manufacturing Manager, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. The position is responsible for the full range of the day-to-day planning and scheduling end to end component manufacture and assembly activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Onsite in Chandler Arizona to drive daily cadence and drumbeat to the factories.
- Drive KPI”s performance targets (OTD performance, Cycle time, Green to Green tool UTP, etc.)
- Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters ensuring system accuracy including bill of materials, planning data, forecast and order reconciliation, lead times, and order quantities.
- Evolve the standard work and sequence of planning process and shop floor execution.
- Meetings and communication responsibilities include daily metric- based meetings to lead planning and manufacturing operations after developing the schedules.
- Manage & control workload data analysis including plant/ work center level / cell level.

- Develops a master schedule for a specific value stream, product class based upon MRP, level loading, inventory strategy, lot sizing.
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Extensive experience in an MRP/ERP environment preferably in ORACLE EBS.
- Experience 5 + years Operations leadership role 5-10 years Operations Planning.
- Collaboration with the following departments: Sales, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- LEAN and HVM Principles and practical application experience including root cause analysis tools.
- Prefer Manufacturing machining such as CNC’s and socket metrology.
- Preferred BS/BA degree in business, product planning or engineering discipline or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
