Key Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities:
- 7 – 10 years senior project management experience.
- Experience with Telephony and CRM Technologies (Genesys PureCloud, Salesforce)
- Experience managing projects technical projects involving multiple vendors and integrations.
- Salesforce experience required
- Experience managing projects with IT components that are delivered using various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- Working Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts & principles (Daily Stand-up, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
- Experience managing projects that include IT software development activities that follow the traditional Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, UAT, deployment activities).
