Role Overview:
As a Hybrid CMS Implementation Lead, you will create and implement web-focused strategies to advance our digital presence. You will own the roadmap for Web, define CMS architectural standards, and ensure stable operation of our Web platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Partnerships: Build strong relationships with partners and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Drive web-related solutions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance in Drupal, including architecture, theming, module development, and best practices. Utilize MACH architecture principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) for web development.
- Technical Ownership: Offer direction to development teams, setting standards and guardrails.
- Reusable Templates & Components: Deliver projects using reusable templates and components to maintain design consistency and reduce development time.
- Code Review: Ensure adherence to coding best practices, security standards, and Drupal conventions.
- Mentorship: Coach developers, stay current with Drupal and MACH trends, and recommend integration of new technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of hands-on expertise in software development, preferably with Drupal CMS
- Experience with Headless CMS and implementing headless CMS solutions
- Understanding of MACH architecture: Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless
- Proficiency in Drupal 10, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
- Experience with MySQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, AJAX
- Preferred: Experience with Azure Kubernetes and digital healthcare strategies
