Here is what you will do:
o Manage IT Procurement team to implement strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for all IT asset acquisitions (Hardware and software) and contract labor.
o Quantifies, interprets, and makes recommendations on proposals into clear decision criteria for IT Leadership Team
o Works closely with all IT teams to ensure requirements are properly translated into measurable SLA’s, ensures that these are integrated into the contract.
o Responsible for contract interpretation and first line of dispute resolution on IT agreements, contract change control, & record keeping.
o Supports multiple contracts or complex enterprise agreements. Works on projects that range in size, complexity, and contract duration.
o Ensures that IT projects and initiatives are engaging Finance and Legal at the proper times and complying with company guidelines and non-negotiables.
o Conduct ongoing governance of contracts.
o Conduct financial review of contract change orders and conduct consumption analysis.
o Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Here is what you will need:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science / information systems or 3+ years of Technology Experience with proven record of accomplishment
o 3+ years of procurement experience
o 3+ years in vendor management experience in Software License Agreements, Statement of Work Agreements, Technology Sourcing Managed Services, and Consumption Based Pricing Agreements
o Management of at least $50MM of spend, and 50+ suppliers

Position Summary:
Responsible for inventory control, procurement, and disposition of IT hardware including desktop, server, point of sale and network equipment. Oversees the receipt and distribution of IT inventory and the ITSM (IT Service Manager) support team. Responsible for the installation and support of retail hardware at corporate and independent stores.
