Our client, a busy CEO of a Financial Services Firm seeks a fully Bilingual Personal Assistant, both English and Spanish, to work full time in the family home in the Coral Gables area in Florida.
This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who can manage a variety of personal and professional tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and be comfortable working in a private home setting.

THIS IS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE IN HOME, NOT AN EXECUTIVE BUSINESS ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistance: Assist with day-to-day personal tasks, including running errands, managing household staff, coordinating events, and handling various personal projects.
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure timely and efficient calendar management.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling all correspondence, phone calls, and emails in both English and Spanish. Translate documents and communications as needed.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure all travel plans are executed smoothly.
- Household Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of the CEO’s home, including liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Manage household inventories and supplies.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate private and business events, including dinners, parties, and meetings. Handle all logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO’s personal and professional life.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, bill payments, and expense tracking. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and financial documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve them to support the CEO’s day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant to a CEO
- Location: Local candidates only who can commute full time to the CEOs personal residence in the Coral Gables Florida area.
- Availability: Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, depending on the CEO’s needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Discretion: Strong sense of integrity, ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
