Skills Required: Windows 10/11 , MaC OS, Laptop , SCCM , AV Conferencing equipment
- Experience on Core end user technologies such Windows desktop, laptop, MacBook, Tablet, iPad, printer , outlook , MS office tools
- Proficient in AD, Windows and MaC OS operating system
- Windows 10 Autopilot via Intune
- Bitlocker Encryption through Intune.
- Experience in SCCM, OS and Software distribution technologies.
- Experience supporting ELT teams
- Experience in supporting Audio/Video conferencing equipment
- Exposure to Cisco Switches and routers
- Good communication skills considering this requires executive leadership support.
Job Description:
- In-depth knowledge on Hardware Troubleshooting of Laptop, MacBook Desktop and Printer.
- Configuring and maintaining of Client Secure Printer Service
- Installation/replacement of printer toner, drums or any other customer serviceable parts Windows platform OS and application related knowledge.
- Management of IOS and Android mobility devices.
- Supporting Audio & Video Conferencing devices.
- Maintaining Conference room equipment
- Support to ELT team members
- Order new and replacement equipment as needed
- Be present in the office when ELT members, office meetings, Town Halls, monthly ALC Meetings
- Maintain Inventory of onsite resources (laptop, desktop, network devices and any accessories)
- Support Patching of end user devices and IT equipment at the local site.
