Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Project Manager in Heflin, AL to manage and oversee industrial construction projects throughout the Southeastern part of the country. A hybrid schedule is available, and relocation assistance is available if needed!
This position is a full-time, direct-hire, long-term opportunity!
Duties:
- Prepare production schedules
- Budgeting/Costing, reviewing invoices
- Oversee and coordinate manpower and materials
- Managing multiple trades (carpenters, millwrights, concrete finishers, equipment operators…)
- Assist with some project estimating
- Facilitate training other early-career Project Managers
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $85,000 - $125,000/yr

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience in the heavy commercial and industrial sector
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Construction is a plus
- Experience managing concrete foundations, pre-engineering metal building projects
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ranging in value between $1 million - $10 million
- Experience with automotive and manufacturing build experience is a big plus
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, and Trimble programs is beneficial
- Ability to read blueprints
