About the Role:
Working as part of the Global Enterprise Technology Solutions function, you will be the lead developer and support the day-to-day operations related to the integration of applications and processes that support the People (Human Resources) function, Sales, Finance, and other business functions. You will be interacting with developers and SMEs from various business units to drive process improvements and synergy between applications through system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Engages and contributes to leadership discussions to gain understanding of long-term technology impacts
- Ensures team goals are met and releases are delivered in a timely manner.
- Support scoping, sign-off, and subsequent day-to-day management of application delivery programs/projects ensuring that the creation of the project deliverables is completed within the specified constraints of time, cost, and benefits and to the required standard of quality
- Interacts with and influences multiple workgroups within and outside of functional areas including vendors/managed service partners.
- Working closely with other team members ensuring functional development work, maintenance, and support production activities are completed in adherence to Travelport technology standards within agreed-upon timelines.
- Support compliance of platform, application, and/or global architectural standards with the COE architecture team and in compliance with the Technology Enterprise Process.
- Generates ideas to improve overall system design and/or streamline delivery of product/system
- Ensures high-quality design is delivered on time and to specifications.
- Focused on efficiencies, high performance, high reliability, quality of user experience, and architectural alignment of solutions.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on technical and functional knowledge in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA suite, Oracle IDCS, and other modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud / EBS technology stack. Oracle Certified Integration Cloud consultant
- Understands the delivery of multiple applications to clients and how two or more applications/products could be applied to client needs
- Identifies opportunities and understands how to create business cases based on technical knowledge and understanding of client needs Experience Summary
- 10+ years of relevant extensive experience working on Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Admin, Oracle IDCS, etc.
- Experience with at least one significant interface implementation using Oracle Integration Cloud implementation project including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training, and deployment.
- Expertise in building and supporting the integration between On-premises/PaaS/SaaS applications using Oracle Integration Cloud
- Good Understanding of integration patterns such as point-to-point, publish-subscribe, request-reply, and event-driven architecture and their application in designing integration solutions.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing API’s using Oracle API Platform cloud service or Oracle integration cloud API’s.
- Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, data mapping, data synchronization, and data quality.
- Understanding of security best practices, encryption techniques, Oracle identity cloud services (IDCS), and compliance standards.
- Experience working with individuals and teams in a global matrixed business environment.
- Given depth and breadth of domain knowledge and experience, can drive and complete multiple assignments on time and quality.
- Must have experience in end-to-end integration design between Oracle EBS Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud applications like CPQ, Sales Cloud, and HCM using various connectors in Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications i.e. HCM, CPQ, OSC, EBS, etc.

Salary Target/Range: $110,000-$130,000
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
