Our client, a leading law firm in Dallas, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to join their litigation team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist multiple attorneys
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage e-discovery processes and databases
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
- ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred
- Experience with eDiscovery databases
