Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound physical mail efficiently and accurately
- Scan documents into document reader system
- Organize documents in file boxes according to established procedures
- Work approximately 25-30 hours per week
- Adapt to the uneven volume of work with sporadic surges
- Complete training within 2-3 days max
- Handle an influx of document correspondence at a predictable pace
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to adapt to varying workloads and surges in volume
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new processes and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience in mail processing or similar roles is a plus
