Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer - Creator Platform
(ideally 70% backend, up to 100% backend or 70% front end) If more than 50% front end then they must be very strong and senior in front end
Location: Remote
The company is led by industry veterans with a track record of building highly successful products. The company's CTO/Cofounder was the first employee of a top tech company that has a market cap of over $20 billion today.
The company's product is a marketplace and platform for art creators.
The company has about 35 employees and 7 engineers.
The company will pay up to $225k in salary, plus equity which could be valuable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily using Python, Django, React, and TypeScript.
- Ideation, development, testing, evaluation and iteration to deliver the best product to creators and consumers.
Qualifications:
- Startup experience.
- Interest in blockchain, and a desire to invent the future of the digital economy.
- Strong at programming with Python.
- At least 5 years of professional experience (the more the better).
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in many stacks and frameworks.
- Deep knowledge in architecting reliable cloud systems at scale.
- A strong customer-first mindset with a passion for building a world-class product.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Blockchain / Web3 experience.
- Django, React, TypeScript
