Structural Technician
SkyBridge Aviation is in search of highly skilled Structures Assembly Technicians to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This position involves working on structural components, performing detailed assembly tasks, and ensuring that all work meets stringent quality and safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITES
•Perform assembly, installation, and modification of structural components on CH-47 Chinook helicopters.
•Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals to ensure precise assembly and installation.
•Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that all structures and assemblies meet manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
•Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to complete assembly tasks.
•Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to address and resolve technical issues or discrepancies.
•Document all work performed, including inspection reports, modification records, and compliance with safety protocols.
•Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

•Monday – Friday.
•2 Shifts available (must be open to either or).
o 5:30 am start
o 2:30 pm start
