Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of each student.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Monitor student progress and adjust learning strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program
Skills:
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting (2 years minimum as lead teacher)
- Knowledge of Montessori or similar educational approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
