Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of custom home projects valued at $10M and above, from pre-construction to client handover.
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractor coordination, budget oversight, scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure the project aligns with the client’s vision and exceeds expectations.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining impeccable standards of craftsmanship.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety, and address any issues that may arise.
- Deliver projects that showcase attention to detail, superior workmanship, and high-end finishes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing the construction of custom luxury homes valued at $7M+.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractors on complex custom home projects.
