Position Overview
Join a dedicated team in Honesdale, PA, as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Rehab. 3 Weeks Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Rehab Hours Per Week: 36 Shift: Days OR Nights Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, focusing on recovery and maximizing patient independence.
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care post-discharge.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the MEDITECH EMR system.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Rehab or similar setting.
- Proficiency in MEDITECH or similar EMR systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
