JCW is currently working with a specialty insurance company that has recently been growing their claims department in various lines. As a complex claims specialist you will play a key role in the claims department by investigating and analyzing EPL and D&O claim submissions.
Responsibilities
- Adjust complex/severe claims in all phases of litigation
- Actively engage in business development, innovation, and mentoring
- Create effective positive claims outcomes by investigating, negotiation and other forms of resolution
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in complex claims
- JD preferred but not needed
- D&O and EPL experience is a must
