1-800-Flowers.com is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Support Specialist to help us deliver the best Cloud Contact Center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, which is used by our Customer Care Contact Center.
- Configure and customize CRM entities, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security models according to customer requirements and best practices.
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests and issues from a large and diverse user base, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product delivery teams to understand product and project requirements, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Take ownership of technical issues, and escalate them to senior level when needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud contact center and CRM technologies.
Experience:
- College graduate with 3+ years of experience in cloud contact center or CRM support roles.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in cloud offerings, user configurations, data import and export, and advanced Excel features.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at different levels and backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of database technologies and SQL queries.
- Microsoft technical training or certification in Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and skills.
Education:
- B.S degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- Microsoft technical training or certification in Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus, but not a requirement.
The expected salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 annually. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
