Top:
- 5-7+ years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or business systems analyst
- Must have senior-level experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Will consider a candidate with extensive experience in Salesforce
- Must have extensive experience with all parts of the product lifecycle: discovery/ideation to design; development to quality assurance testing; training users to writing user guides.
- The candidate must have a firm grasp of building requirements from scratch using Agile/Scrum.
Nice to have
- It would be helpful for this person to be a certified scrum product owner (CSPO), but experience is more valuable than certification

Description:
- Gather and analyze relevant data to help surface and build business and technical requirements for solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way.
- Be outcome-oriented (best and highest value to our business stakeholders), assume responsibility for assigned work along with accuracy and quality documentation.
- Collaborate effectively across teams (Dynamics, integrations, department business analysts), organize work in Azure DevOps (Kanban boards), support teammates, and maintain a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
- Participate in technical analysis with developers and serve as liaison with department business stakeholders.
- Develop solution/user guides for stakeholders, train users, and conduct product-service demonstrations to business stakeholders.
- Be willing and able to take constructive feedback and improve processes as the team shifts from waterfall towards agile methodology.
- Respect Product Management best practices.
