Position Overview:
A leading company in the wholesale fashion industry is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Wholesale Apparel Coordinator/Customer Service professional. This role involves supporting customer service and production, requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle everything from order processing to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks such as order processing, purchasing, fulfillment, and tracking orders from pre-planning to delivery.
- Act as a liaison between design, production, overseas, and traffic teams.
- Communicate effectively by phone and email in a professional manner.
- Maintain attention to detail and excel at time management and prioritization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of database systems and ERP is a plus.
- Experience with inventory receiving/allocation and working with EDI is preferred.
- A background in apparel, footwear, or accessories is highly desired.
- Must be highly organized, able to work independently, and as part of a small team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid COVID-19 vaccine.
- Must be able to commute within a 15-mile radius from Brentwood, Los Angeles.
