Our client is a powerhouse commercial litigation practice group, who are seeking to add an Associate to its expanding team. The firm and group are busy and bullish about 2025 and beyond! They are seeking an Associate with 5-to-7 years of experience in an active commercial litigation practice, preferably in a Big Law or boutique litigation firm setting. This multigenerational group and firm provide a strong runway to success and advancement for their Associates.
The Associate will collaborate closely with partners and clients on matters regarding trade secret misappropriations, securities enforcement defense, breach of contracts, restrictive covenants, patent and trademark as well as copyright infringement, real estate and construction matters. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking and analytical abilities. Superior writing skills and the ability to distill complex issues into clear and concise communications with partners and other stakeholders is required.
Committed and accountable attorneys, doing sophisticated work, the firm is intentional in Associate success. Writing samples and law school transcripts will be required. Compensation includes salary in the range of $205K-235K+ plus solid benefits and a manageable (1800+) hours-based bonus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a stable work history since graduation, preferably in one firm.
