We are seeking a process automation specialist with experience in machine learning, business process development and system integration. This role is pivotal in transforming our technological landscape to boost productivity, enhance department collaboration, and drive financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Current Infrastructure: Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and technologies to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Recommend Solutions: Suggest AI-driven automations, integrations, and systems to streamline processes and reduce operational steps.
- Industry Compliance: Ensure all recommended solutions adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Oversee Implementation: Lead the deployment of new systems, including CRMs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools for project management, underwriting, collections, sales, marketing, accounting, and administration.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaboration and Training: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide training on new systems and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend ongoing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven work experience as an AI Engineer Associate, Process Automation Specialist or similar position with a strong background in implementing AI solutions.
- Certifications: Verifiable certification in one or more of the following: Automation Anywhere Advance RPA Professional, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Professional Machine Learning, Azure Data/AI Engineer, Google Data Engineer, CBAP, AWS DevOps Engineer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics; Experience with CRM system integrations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and present findings to senior management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within the organization.
