Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord-tenant issues, breach of contract cases, and more.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Prepare and present cases in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights, obligations, and potential risks.
Negotiate settlements and work towards favorable outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management.
Stay updated on developments in real estate law and related regulations.
Maintain a high standard of client communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in [Insert State].
Minimum of [3] years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, property rights, and related legal processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
