- Strategic Planning - Collaborate with Area/Division Managers to set financial targets and operational goals.

Qualifications
- Required: 6+ years in heavy highway/civil construction management
- Preferred: Knowledge of DOT regulations, with focus on roads, highways, interstates, and bridges
- Essential: In-depth understanding of civil construction site operations
- Desirable: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Necessary: Experience with budgeting, cost control, scheduling, estimating, and project operations
- Critical: Effective communication skills across all employee levels
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, Primavera, and SAP software
