Join T2 Utility Engineers (T2ue) in Huntington Beach, California and play an integral role in assisting team members to creatively develop solutions for our clients and their projects. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with clients and design teams to coordinate the completion of projects while ensuring quality standards, maintaining project schedules, and staying within project budgets.
T2ue specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to reduce the risks that utilities present for infrastructure projects. T2ue helps clients manage the complexity of existing utilities with our professional and comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate field crews and work to meet project scope requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster a long term business relationship
- Prepare project permits, specifications, and other miscellaneous submittals
- Prepare proposals and support office and/or regional marketing efforts
- Serve as a representative of T2ue at project meetings
- Manage project deliverables and project related correspondence to ensure on time delivery
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects
- Maintain quality assurance and safety on all projects
- Assist Senior Project Managers with miscellaneous work
Basic Qualifications:
- EIT required, with PE preferred or able to obtain in under 1 year
- Minimum of two years of Civil and/or Subsurface Utility Engineering experience
- Minimum of two years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
- Proven track record of sales success and client relationship development in Southern California
- Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth for new business and key clients
- Presentation skills preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of how planning, decision making, and problem solving lead to project success.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid time management with the ability to manage many tasks at onc
- Self-motivated
- Basic computer skills
