Job Overview:
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the negotiation, administration, and management of contracts for our aerospace and defense projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation: Lead and manage the negotiation of complex contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contractual documents. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage contract changes or amendments as needed.

Qualifications:
