Clinical PM – Oncology

The Project Manager will champion the creation and deployment of efficient workflows and progress evaluation tools, maintaining rigorous alignment with regulatory mandates across a wide array of research endeavors and cross-functional collaborations.

Focus:
- Spearhead initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and upholding excellence benchmarks.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to implement strategies and resolve any issues.
- Orchestrate timelines, finances, and assets to propel optimal execution and timely completion.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, making necessary adjustments.
- Verify adherence to relevant protocols and mandates across all project phases.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork among project members.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field. SOCRA and/or PMP certifications, a plus.
- 3+ years of experience within a relevant specialty.
- Experience as a PM in cancer research.
- Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and other related regulations.
- Excels in cross-functional collaboration, exhibiting outstanding time-management skills.
- Displays strong analytical abilities and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and others.
- Communicates effectively with a keen awareness of deadlines and time-sensitive tasks.
- Brings experience with Access, database tools, EndNote, and Adobe Acrobat, which are valuable assets.
