We seek a Construction Project Manager with specialized experience in structural concrete to oversee their upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, particularly those involving structural concrete.
- **Project Management:**
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of structural concrete projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency.
- **Budget and Cost Control:**
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
- **Client Communication:**
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- **Scheduling:**
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure timely completion.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing structural concrete projects.
- Proven track record in overseeing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of structural concrete techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
