We are seeking a Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with three colleagues to drive consumer insights, assortment planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and product management. Your focus will be on optimizing product assortments for various categories and locations, ensuring they align with consumer needs and emerging market trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Acts as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned category & location Briefs the product engine on the needs of the consumer for both the category/geography and upcoming trends
- May work across the product engines to ensure that product is being created with the retail end in mind
- Edits the product line for assigned location and category using both directed assortment and selecting the line outside of the global core product
Must Have
- 3 - 5 Years Experience; can be a combination of retail and buyer/merchandising
- Top Skills: Buyer, Merchandising, Retail Experience, Customer Service
- Experience in Footwear & Apparel (Preferred)
