Sr Estimator – Commercial Construction
Location: Ft. Myers, Fl

This position will lead the Estimating Department ensuring profitability for Public Commercial projects ($5-$8M) - ground-up (70%) & renovation (30%) to include municipal work, hospitals, churches, schools, airports, etc. Responsible for quantity takeoffs, hard bids, oversee bid documents, addendums, RFIs, design correspondence, provide budgets, and procure construction drawings. Proficiency in ProCore, Build Connect, and ProEst softwares is ideal.
Salary $130k-$150k + $5-7K bonus (don’t let $ deter you!)
