Job Title Medical Lab Scientist
Duration: 181 Days (This is temp to hire possible)
Location, - Detroit MI
Shift Schedule: 4 X 10 NIGHTS 10:30pm-7am
Eligibility:
U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or individuals with an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) are eligible to apply for this position
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
2. Minimum 1 year of Laboratory experience is required for Technologist level
3. Must be able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
4. ASCP CERTIFIED
5. 2+ YEARS OF CORE LAB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
6. GENERALIST EXPERIENCE [COAG, HEM, UA, BLOODBANK ETC]
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- ASCP CERT IS REQUIRED
- -GENERALIST WITH BLOOD BANK EXPERIENCE [BB IS STRONGLY PREFERRED]
- Candidates who would like the opportunity to directly contribute to patient care. They would perform important diagnostic testing and procedures that help doctors and other healthcare professionals make accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.

Education: BS+ EXPERIENCE, BSMT, or ML
