Project Summary & Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Platform Developer to join our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative aims to enhance how we deliver ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers, particularly focusing on supporting at-risk children and families within the state. As a Junior Platform Developer specializing in Dynamics365 CRM-based applications, you will be involved in developing and maintaining solutions using Agile and SCRUM Methodology, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
- Support Agile and SCRUM Methodology to manage and deliver technical projects.
- Help integrate Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of Agile & Scrum Methodology.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internships.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
- Understanding of .NET full-stack development concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Beneficial Skills (But Not Required)
- Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
- Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
