Overall Responsibility
The Customer Fulfillment Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring that Customers’ orders are fulfilled on time and to the Customers’ satisfaction.
The Customer Fulfillment Specialist proactively supports sales efforts by providing support, service, and solutions to both Customers and internal partners in Sales, Operations and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter Customer orders into Accounts Receivable system.
- Confirm order quantities and pricing are reasonable and accurate.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Planning on timing and production location for orders and manage order information accordingly.
- Manage day to day communication with Customers regarding orders as well as act as the liaison for Company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Sales partners on fulfillment issues and solutions.
- Monitor customer performance and identify and communicate potential issues to Sales partners and Management.
Qualifications
- High School degree.
- 1+ years of Customer Fulfillment/Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable or Enterprise Resource Planning software preferred.
- Experience within a consumer goods industry highly desired.
- Flexible to manage time across changes in task prioritization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
