Field Service Technician
Onsite in Atlanta, GA
6-12 Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion
Our client is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to the clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Install and configure a variety of equipment at customer locations, including hardware, software, and networking components.
- Ensure all installations meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting problems and answering questions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel frequently around the Atlanta area.
