Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Writer at M Offroad LLC in Bonita Springs, FL. The Service Writer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone, scheduling service appointments, preparing service estimates, ordering parts, and maintaining records of service transactions. Additionally, the Service Writer will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues.
These are the primary responsibilities of the role; however, additional tasks may be assigned as needed, but not limited to those listed.
Salary is based on experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for service write-ups
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic technical concepts
- 8+ previous experience in a customer service and automotive service role is require
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous
