Position Overview:
TOP SEARCH Professionals are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee multifamily and hotel projects across the Central and West Coast locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a traveling superintendent, with expertise in large wood frame multifamily and hotel projects. This role requires your proven ability to lead projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a traveling superintendent, with experience in wood frame multifamily or hotels.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools, preferably ProCore.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects across different locations, including multifamily and hotel projects.
- Develop/manage project schedules, and management of subcontractors.
- Ensure your project is following safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
