Messner Reeves LLP, an established full-service, business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Employment Attorney in California.
The ideal candidate will have one to six years’ experience in Employment Law.
- Litigation experience, preferably defense side on employment cases, including managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
