The RF Technician will support the conception and fabrication production of innovative RF and microwave devices for the industry. They will utilize their experience to provide technical documentation and will ensure quality production.

Focus:
- Develop and test RF and Microwave components in various stages, from prototype to production, and troubleshoot and optimize them to improve performance.
- Maintain RF equipment according to industry performance standards.
- Prepare spec sheets, reports, and technical documentation.
- Perform preventative maintenance on DAS systems and equipment as necessary.
- Conduct RF testing using spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter, and more.
- Work with project manager to complete system changes and upgrades.
- Construct test setups for measuring passive filtering product parameters.
- Read blueprints, communicate technically, manage tasks, and document new designs.
Skill Set:
- 2+ years of field experience in a similar role.
- American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience with testing equipment, power meters, network analyzers, etc.
- Thorough understanding of DAS, public-safety, and Wi-Fi.
- Strong proficiency with DAS OEM equipment, RF test and propagation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
- Fluent in English.
