Prime Legal is supporting a notable, Virginia-based, law firm on their search for an HR Manager (Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting Management). Responsibilities
- Recruit, Interview, and Onboard new hires for staff level and non-exempt positions
- Process bi-weekly payroll, review payroll systems, and ensure payroll accuracy
- Oversee Benefit plans and administration for employees including FLMA leaves and ACA compliance matters
- Various other HR Management responsibilities including coordinating staff meetings, maintaining employee files, oversee employee disciplinary matters, updating performance reviews, and develop needed HR Process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of HR experience including Payroll, Benefits & Recruiting
- Experience with all facets of HR Management responsibilities
- Desire to work in a HR Manager role with ability to see process improvements and initiate changes as needed.
SALARY OFFERS WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH YEARS OF RELEVANT, HR FOCUSED, EXPERIENCE, WITHIN THE PROVIDED SALARY RANGE.
