Title: Tier 2 AV Technician
Contract Length: 2 month with possible extensions
Main Location: 233 Spring Street / 161 Avenue of the Americas
Potential travel locations: 415 W. 13th St, New York, NY 10014 & 575 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10012
Interview Process: One round virtual with hiring manager
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience within an AV technical support role
- Experience with AV equipment
- Neat Bars
- Logitec equipment
- Crestron
- Experience with networking and connectivity (Cisco)
- Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software
- Experience in a client facing environment
Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is hiring for a AV technician to join their clients team out of the NYC area. This person will be supporting one of their clients and be responsible for covering 3 of their locations (addresses listed above). This person will be responsible for providing white glove service and AV repairs of the clients AV and integrated conference rooms. This person will also interface with original equipment manufacturers, developers, engineers, and project managers to provide resolutions for highly complex system and help perform remote troubleshooting for local and regional offices when necessary. This role will be onsite everyday M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM.
