o Heavier on the IT / sofware licensing side than professional services
o Support finance, risk, and HR technology
o Workday, HR/recruiting applications, AI enablement to help with recruiting
o Bring in technologists to help support applications
• Translate requirements into Statements of Work
• Engaging with key stakeholders and legal to draft the right contract agreements
• Negotiating contracts
