Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift to join our Manufacturing Facility based in Muscle Shoals, AL. This candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the department processes and personnel with the assigned manufacturing function.
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will supervise the process and all employees in the department
Ensure manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements
Addresses all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a reasonable and professional manner
Leads and directs continuous improvement projects and support scrap reduction activities
Performs recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process
Your Background
High School diploma or GED
(Associate’s degree in business or technical field related to manufacturing preferred)
5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Experience with JIT production system, TPM, and Kaizen implementation preferred
