Are you passionate about IT infrastructure & Network systems and enjoy being hands-on with technical projects? Our client in Wenatchee is seeking a Technical System Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing position and loves problem-solving in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure servers, workstations, and assist clients with software and data migrations.
- Troubleshoot, install, and manage network hardware including firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Oversee Hyper-V environments, virtual switches, clustering, and O365/Google Workspace management.
- Serve as the go-to person for clients, delivering solutions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Travel to client sites across Wenatchee to deliver onsite support.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Team-oriented and enthusiastic about being part of a tight-knit, supportive workplace.
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with a preference for candidates with MSP backgrounds.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Hyper-V, networking hardware, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
