Job Summary: Senior Pattern Maker
Overview: Our client is looking for a Senior Pattern Maker to join their team and help innovate the culinary fashion industry. The role involves working with designers and product managers to develop and refine patterns from initial design to production. This position is ideal for someone passionate about pattern making and eager to contribute to groundbreaking fashion projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on developing patterns from design to production.
- Optimize layouts to reduce material waste and ensure precise marking.
- Create and grade patterns accurately.
- Complete cost estimates and upload patterns to global PLM systems.
- Ensure quality control and support sourcing and manufacturing.
- Train and guide junior staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in apparel pattern making and technical design.
- Proficiency with Lectra CAD software.
- Strong understanding of pattern-making processes and fit.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation: $80K - $85K annually, plus a $3,000 bonus.
