We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Maintenance Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and training 7 multi-craft maintenance technicians
- Will implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs
- Will track all PM's and inspection schedules.
- Will manage capital equipment projects.
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Maintenance Manager out of manufacturing
- Good leadership skills
- Good mechanical and/or electrical repair background
