We truly understand the need for balance and, among other things and offer a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. That’s 26 long weekends a year!
Responsibilities:
- Work Order (WO) Fulfillment - Kitting:
Collect and prepare all required supporting documents, including Assembly Procedures (PRO), Traveler (TRA), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Drawings.
Verify that all documents are in the current revisions.
Kit parts according to WO requirements, ensuring all necessary components are included.
Accurately input all required information in BOMs and Travelers.
Verify the accuracy of all entered data and kitted parts.
- Document Handling: Review, organize, and file completed Device History Records (DHR) as per SOPs.
- Inventory Management:Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Manage part requests, inventory transfers, and ERP (Sage) transactions efficiently.
Maintain stock levels of consumables and lab supplies.
Create and submit Purchase Requisitions for consumables and lab supplies.
Issue consumables and lab supplies to production as needed.
- Supply Chain Team Support: Assist the Supply Chain team with shipping/receiving, material planning, purchasing, item master management, reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and other tasks as needed.
- CAPA Assistance: Assist with Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in materials management or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as Medical Devices, is preferred.
- Experience in handling of electronic components/materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Prior experience with kitting in a GMP environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in following work instructions and maintaining traceability is essential.
