Non-automotive, stable manufacturer is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor! The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, who has been with the company for 12 years, and will oversee a team of technicians focused on maintenance projects for production and facilities. Daily activities will include:
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
- Champion all production and facility maintenance management
- Oversee facility projects related to roof, driveway, plumbing, etc., including timeline and budget management
- Serve as the point of contact for all contractors and vendors
- Get projects approved for facilities by upper level management
- Maintain and improve preventative maintenance program
- Optimize the current CMMS system and establish consistency in it's usage
- Focus on minimizing downtime
- Track and improve maintenance metrics
- Oversee spare parts inventory
- Partner with operations and maintenance staff to complete mechanical troubleshooting
- Assist the site electrical engineering lead with automation and troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor:
1. Minimum of a high school diploma
2. At least five years of operations maintenance experience, with at least three years of experience supervising others
3. Experience working in facilities maintenance
4. Mechanical troubleshooting, including conveyors, pneumatics, etc.
5. PLC troubleshooting
6. General knowledge of AC/DC
7. Microsoft Office
Skills that are preferred, BUT NOT required:
1. PLCs, automation and/or robotics
2. CMMS experience
3. KPIs/metrics tracking
