TBG is partnered with a great Non-Profit organization seeking a Director of Recruiting to join their team in NYC.
-Will be onsite to start then convert to hybrid
-Will manage 1 other recruiter and 1 RC
-Reports to the CPO
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and lead recruitment strategies
- Maintain a high volume to recruit, source, and hire team members
- Manage the recruitment team
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Create, manage, and report recruiting metrics for the agency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience recruiting and sourcing
- Must come from Non-profit/ Social services industry
Salary: $75-80K
