Summary:
We are seeking a CRM Salesforce - Developer to join our IT Enterprise Customer Enablement team in DFW. As there is a higher demand for our products and services, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our enterprise IT teams and Commercial Sales Operations, Change Supply Management, and Marketing to contribute to the design and implementation of new business processes and support our solutions as part of customer experience (CX) in our Salesforce platform functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal customers to understand their needs in the CRM Salesforce environment.
- Identify problems and direct customers to the appropriate solutions or provide self-help instructions.
- Receive general direction from the manager for more complex tasks.
- Implement technical solutions aligned with best practices.
- Support the integrity of systems by integrating technical solutions into business processes.
- Report to the IT Manager - CRM.
- Contribute to delivering new solutions and configuring innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Work collaboratively with business and commercial operations teams.
- Contribute to the functionality and efficiency of business operations in the CRM Salesforce environment.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Software Engineering or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working on Salesforce platforms, including development, customization, etc.
- Experience in core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS#, and jQuery.
- Strong software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (XML, AJAX, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Unit Testing, Peer Testing).
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) and working with Integrations.
- Experience with administration, configuration, customization, and development within Salesforce.com.
- Experience managing large data volumes, considering limits & performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, application design principles, Salesforce best practices, and design patterns.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
- Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle-market and enterprise-size companies.
- Experience in developing technical solutions aligned with the overall architecture.
- Working knowledge of complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns and development.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies using SCRUM and test-driven development.
- Experience with DevOps tools and Continues Delivery (CD) processes for Salesforce Deployment, including code migration tools CLI, Version Control, i.e., Git, BitBucket, etc.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with cross-functional technical resources.
- Detail-oriented individual who can rapidly learn and understands how to leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Automated API Tool testing projects/applications.
- Preferred Experience/Skills:Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce JavaScript certification.
- Salesforce Commerce Developer certification.
- Experience in Order Management Lightning, Procure to Pay (P2P).
- Salesforce Platform Developer certifications I and II.
