We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Claims Follow-Up Specialist to join our Philadelphia based Healthcare client. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing complex system work queues, analyzing insurance contracts, and other reports to identify third-party (insurance) accounts receivable balances and ensure the collection of expected amounts due.
Responsibilities:
- Meet production and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Complete annual mandatory educational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Collections.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of third-party insurance and public assistance programs.
